Care and Storage
Always Dry Clean: Most lehengas use delicate fabrics (silk, organza, net) and heavy hand-embroidery (zari, stones, sequins) that will be ruined in a washing machine.

Never Hang Heavy Lehengas: If the skirt has heavy stonework or embroidery, hanging it will cause the fabric to stretch and tear under its own weight.

Store Folded: Fold the outfit flat and store it in a breathable muslin or cotton garment bag. Avoid plastic bags, which trap moisture and can tarnish metallic embroidery.

Draping the Dupatta
How you pin the dupatta completely transforms the outfit.
