• Domestic Shipping (India): Free home delivery is offered for orders placed online across India.
• International Shipping: Shipping charges for addresses outside India are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight. Any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or import levies in destination countries are typically the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated Delivery: Standard orders are typically delivered within 15 days.
• Delivery times may vary or extend depending on your location, courier accessibility, and operational constraints.

Order Tracking

• An online tracking mechanism is provided once the parcel is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the status and movement of the shipment.

Address Accuracy & Re-shipping

• Ensure the delivery address and contact number provided during checkout are complete and accurate.
• If a package is returned or remains undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address or phone number, Kuberan Silks reserves the right to charge additional postage fees to resend the order to the corrected address.

Cancellations & Fraud Protection

• Customer Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled prior to the cutoff/dispatch stage by contacting their customer support, after which a refund will be issued for pre-paid transactions.
• Seller Cancellations: Kuberan Silks reserves the right to cancel orders flagged as fraudulent or in violation of website terms and conditions.
