A saree of extraordinary depth and artistry, this deep chocolate-brown handwoven cotton saree is a rare layering of three distinct design traditions. The rich, dark body unfolds in two distinct expressions: one half adorned with a self-toned scrolling peacock feather and floral vine pattern woven in dark thread, subtle, textured, and deeply sophisticated, while the other carries scattered vibrant magenta-pink and teal paisley motifs, adding a burst of festive colour to the earthy ground.

The Border: The crowning glory, a wide, lustrous gold zari border woven with large Bharatanatyam dancer figurine motifs shimmering in precious gold thread, set in bold rectangular panels and framed by fine gold geometric edging, a border that glows like temple gold against the dark body.
