Pure Kanchipuram silk saree in deep bottle green plain silk with scattered alternating gold zari large circular sunflower (surya chakra) buttas and small gold zari peacock (mayura) buttas across the body — each sunflower butta a large, densely woven circular bloom with radiating petals and a concentric centre in fine antique gold zari; each peacock butta a compact, ornate peacock with spread tail feathers and individually delineated crest and wing details.

Anchored by a broad antique gold zari border composed of: a fine gold zari dense temple gopuram small-spike (kalasam) top edge; a wide dense antique gold zari vertical rope-twist stripe and diamond lattice (kattam jaal) centre panel — alternating vertical columns of dense gold zari twisted rope sequences and fine diamond lattice grid, covering the entire centre band; and a wide gold zari large naturalistic elephant, peacock and floral tree (gaja-mayura-pushpa vriksha) pallu frieze at base — a dramatic row of large caparisoned elephants, large peacocks with spread tail feathers and ornate flowering trees with scrolling floral vine fill, all in fine antique gold zari on the deep bottle green ground.
