Pure Kanchipuram silk saree in a dramatic deep wine maroon and burnt golden orange two-colour iridescent ground with an all-over large-scale meenakari naturalistic floral and leaf jaal (pushpa parna jaal) — enormous, painterly blooms of hibiscus, magnolia and peony forms with large tropical leaves, curling fern fronds and scattered smaller floral sprigs, rendered entirely in warm burnt amber-orange silk weft against the deep wine maroon ground. The two-colour meenakari weave creates a bold, impressionistic botanical canvas — the large-scale naturalistic blooms and leaves overlap and flow across the entire body with no plain ground visible, creating a fabric of extraordinary visual depth. A fine self-colour diagonal stripe runs across the wine maroon ground, adding a subtle directional texture beneath the floral jaal. Finished with a narrow plain antique gold zari tissue selvedge band — a clean, understated gold tissue edge that frames the dramatic body. Korvai construction.
