Understated, contemporary, and beautifully crafted, this Pure Kanchivaram silk saree in a cool grey/silver tone features a fine cross-hatch linen weave texture that gives the fabric a natural, breathable character. Scattered across the body are small, ornate gold and black two-tone butta motifs in a staggered arrangement; each butta a delicate floral/crown design that adds a touch of traditional elegance to the modern grey base. The pallu makes a bold statement with its deep purple/eggplant base covered in dense, repeating rows of gold zari chevron/arrow wave patterns, a rhythmic, striking design unique to fine South Indian weaving.
