Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Cost: Free shipping is available across all of India.

• Same Day Delivery Across Bangalore for the Orders Above Rs. 3500/-
  

2. International Shipping

• Availability: They do ship orders outside of India.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped internationally are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's government/customs office and must be borne by the customer.

3. Order Cancellations & Transit

• Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation before the order has been shipped. If successfully canceled before shipping, Kuberan Silks will refund the amount after deducting any bank transaction fees.

• In-Transit Orders: Orders that have already been shipped or are currently in transit cannot be canceled.
