If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Kuberan may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to buy within a reasonable period of time. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded but with any transaction fee charged by the bank deducted. Please note that Kuberan may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.
RETURN / REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Order the eligible for return/exchange it:
- The product is clearly damaged
- Received wrong product
- Reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days from the receipt of order to get a Confirmation on the returns/refund eligibility of the order.
- One of our executives will get in touch, in order to process the return/exchange request.
- The customer may have to share the images of the product received in order to initiate the exchange process.
- A confirmation email or message will be sent to the customer, confirming the return/exchange.
- Alternatively, customers can choose to exchange un-used product at our store within 7 days of request from receiving the product.
- Store exchange is not applicable for orders shipped outside India.
- Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return costs and customs duties (for international orders).
- Such amount shall be indicated to customers in advance.
- Orders under gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
- Folding shouldn't be changed.
- No pico fall or No blouse cut to be done it will be the customer responsibility to ship the product to the store Kuberan will not bear the shipping return charges
METHOD OF REFUND
The refund method will follow the payment method:
- CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD PAYMENT: the refund will be made on the same credit/debit card use for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank.
- PAYPAL PAYMENT: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the email confirming the refund.
- If your order has been shipped outside of India, the taxes and customs duty cannot be refunded by us: you can contact your local Customs Office; they might help you recover those costs.
The products will go through the following internal checks before the refund get processed:
- The products should be returned in original condition.
- The products must not be used or washed.
- The products should be returned along with the box in which the product was delivered.
- The refund may be delayed or not get processed if the returned product/s do not meet any one of the internal check criteria mentioned above.
- Refund (net of any additional charges applied on the account of return) shall be made to the same issuing bank through which the product was purchased, using the same payment mode or Bank Transfer Refund the process within 4 business days of receiving the product to Kuberan warehouse.
- The refund amount may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of initiation of the refund to reflect in the bank account/credit card/wallet.
- In the event of false or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the products, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Customers have the option to raise a chargeback with their bank, if the refund amount does not reflect within 15 days from the date of initiating a refund.
- However, we request the customers to reach out to us first for any queries and speedy resolution on payment/refund concerns.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Orders shipped outside of India are subject to import taxes, customs duties and Fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
- The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
- These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price paid and such additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner.
- Kuberan Silks has no control over these charges, nor can Kuberan Silks predict what they may be.
- Customs policies vary widely; customers should contact their local customs office for more Information you can also check the same with our courier partner.
- For all cases of returns, the customer will be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country or region.
- In all such cases, customers will bear the shipping charges along with customs duties while returning the product and the same will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Quality should be maintained the same as received while dispatched.
